Charmaine has developed and delivered education courses for various clients – from retailers, to brands, agencies and associations such as the Australian Retailers Association. Charmaine has also appeared as a guest speaker to deliver short education modules at annual retailer events, such as Reed Gift Fairs.
With a solid focus on the theory, it reset our teams thinking on the “why” to do VM and the “how” to do it to interrupt the shopper effectively.
