Inova Pharmaceutical
The national Pharmacy Sales team at iNova had various backgrounds and as a result, various skill sets which delivered inconsistent execution at retail. Charmaine was engaged to train the team so that they would have a consistent level of knowledge and benchmark display skills.
The team was trained in a full day session at their National Conference in the Hunter Valley, the day covered all facets of Visual Merchandising including how to execute display windows, end caps and shelf spaces within pharmacies. The team also learnt new POS techniques and had the opportunity to test their skills in a tactical group session at the end of the day.
