“The Australian Retailers Association (Retail Institute) engaged Charmaine Corcoran to join their team as a Facilitator on their Retail Diploma and Certificate 4 Retail courses.
In this time, she regularly facilitated course on:
- Retail Visual Merchandising
- Manage Merchandise & Store Presentation
- Lead & Manage People
- Develop & Apply Strategies for Merchandising & Corporate Presentation
- Retail Marketing to Drive Profit & Performance
as well as running half day Seed Retail Workshops in Westfield shopping centres covering such topics as:
- Delivering a Winning Experience
- Retail Marketing
Her work for the ARA Retail Institute also included preparing and leading customised one and two day intensive on-site courses for corporate clients, such as the Luxxotica group.
